and technical reportsQualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree is an asset)Minimum 15 years of relevant structural engineering experienceSignificant experience leading projects in the mining, hydroelectric, and energy sectorsP. Eng. designation in British Columbia or eligibility for registrationProficiency in structural design software (e.G., SAP2000, STAAD. Pro, or equivalent)Familiarity with Canadian building codes and standards (NBCC, CSA S16, AISC)Robust understanding of site execution and construction-phase supportExcellent communication, leadership, and project management skillsExperience contributing to technical proposals and business development effortsBenefits Annual base salary between $118,200 and $144,470 (for British Columbia)Annual premium program for regular employeesOnsite mobility premiumTime
