Construction industry knowledge is the key requirement.You'll work alongside experienced consultants and project teams to understand client requirements, analyze business processes, support NetSuite configuration and testing, and help clients improve how they manage their construction operations and financial processes.What You'll Be DoingSupport NetSuite implementations, enhancements, and optimization projects.Work alongside Senior Consultants to understand client requirements and business processes.Participate in discovery sessions and requirements-gathering activities.Translate construction business processes into ERP requirements and solutions.Assist with NetSuite configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.Participate inUser Acceptance Testing (UAT) .Assist with reporting, dashboards, workflows, Saved Searches,



and system documentation.Support project accounting and financial processes within NetSuite.Develop process documentation and training materials.Participate in client meetings and communicate project updates.Assist with post-go-live support and ongoing system improvements.Learn and apply NetSuite consulting best practices while developing your ERP expertise.Construction Experience - RequiredThe ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working within theconstruction industry, such as:General, commercial, specialty, or residential constructionEngineering or construction servicesProject accountingJob costingWork-in-Progress (WIP)Project billingChange ordersPurchase orders and subcontractor managementVendor managementAccounts Payable / Accounts ReceivableTime and laborProject profitabilityBudgeting and forecastingCost tracking and reportingRevenue recognitionConstruction financial reportingExperience with a construction ERP, accounting platform, or construction management system is highly relevant.Qualifications1-3 years of professional experience inconstruction, ERP, business analysis, consulting, finance, operations, or a related field .Robust understanding of construction business processes and financial operations.NetSuite experience is preferred but not required.Experience with another ERP,
