Radius Community Health and Healing is seeking a CSW for the supervised consumption service, focusing on monitoring client spaces, screening, and triaging entries. The role emphasizes building rapport with participants, harm-reduction education, and coordinating care with the clinic team.1.0 FTE with schedule 12:30pm-8:30pm Mon-Thu and 9:00am-5:00pm Fri; the CSW will assist with overdose response and connect clients to Radius programs.
