Duties
Prepare and cook authentic Mexican dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency
Oversee daily food preparation activities to ensure high-quality standards are met
Manage kitchen operations efficiently, including inventory control and ordering supplies
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster teamwork
Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen environment at all times
Assist with customer service when needed, including serving or bartending during busy hours
Skills
Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant setting
Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
Solid knowledge of food safety protocols and proper handling techniques
Excellent restaurant management skills with a focus on efficiency and quality control
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and uphold high standards of hospitality
Experience in the food industry, particularly in Mexican cuisine or similar culinary styles
Skills in bartending or serving are a plus, enhancing guest interactions and overall service quality
