As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will perform direct assessments, assist in personal care, and support medication management. Key Responsibilities
Provide assessments and basic treatments to residents
Administer medications in line with LPN regulations




Document observations of resident health diligently
Encourage family participation in resident care programs
Support and train Health Care Aides in best practices

Requirements:
Valid LPN registration from a recognized program
Experience in geriatric or long-term care nursing
