Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
Take customer orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and productive transactions
Handle cash, credit card payments, and process refunds or adjustments with accuracy and integrity
Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks to support daily operations and maintain food safety standards
Provide friendly, attentive customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly
Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and dining space to meet health and safety regulations




Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality

Qualifications
Previous barista experience or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar cash handling tools is a plus
Solid customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Basic math skills for cash handling, order processing, and inventory management
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Good time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
