Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
Oversee the overall operations of the chocolate shop in accordance with Chocolats Favoris’ standards and concept.
Ensure compliance with the company’s policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Identify and implement continuous improvement prospects to enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain clear and effective communication between the chocolate shop and head office.

Performance and Financial Management
Be accountable for the overall performance of the chocolate shop, including sales, profitability, operating costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs).




Ensure performance targets are met and implement strategies to optimize results.
Effectively manage financial and material resources, as well as inventory.

Team Leadership and Human Resources Management
Lead, support, and develop the team to foster a positive, high-performing work setting aligned with the company’s values.
Plan staffing needs and ensure effective human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and retention.
Actively contribute to maintaining a strong, authentic, and performance-driven organizational culture.

Customer Experience and Brand Representation
Promote a customer-focused culture and ensure consistently outstanding service.
Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers, business partners, and the local community.

Quality, Compliance, Health and Safety
Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, maintenance, and occupational health and safety standards.
Proactively manage operational risks and maintain a protected environment for both employees and customers.
