Position: Senior Business Systems Analyst (Treasury Technology)

Location: Toronto, ON

Mode: Hybrid

Required Experience
5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience within Banking or Financial Services.
Solid knowledge of Treasury, Market Risk, Capital Markets, Liquidity Risk, or Finance.
Experience supporting large-scale data and technology transformation initiatives.
Advanced SQL skills with solid data analysis capabilities.
Experience with:
Data analysis and attribution
Data mapping and reconciliation
Source-to-target mapping
Data lineage and root cause analysis
Requirements elicitation and documentation
5+ years of Agile delivery experience.
Experience throughout SDLC and STLC.
Test planning, UAT, defect management, and regression testing.
Solid Jira, Confluence and Visio experience.
Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, AI-assisted analysis, automation tools, or AI agents is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
Gather, analyze and document business requirements.
Develop user stories, process flows and functional specifications.
Analyze complex datasets and perform reconciliation activities.
Conduct impact assessments and root cause investigations.
Create test plans and support UAT activities.
Partner with development and QA teams throughout project delivery.
Support Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
Leverage AI-enabled tools and Copilot capabilities to improve productivity and delivery quality.
