Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate client care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams effectively
Deliver client-centered care addressing individual health needs
Use specialized knowledge in nursing science for practice
Maintain flexibility in working various shifts, day and night

Requirements:
Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
Current registration with BCCNM
Basic Cardiac Course completion within six months
BCLS certification within last three years
Cardiac Surgery Basic Theory Course completion needed
