/ Responsibilities
Make coffee, specialty drinks, smoothies & serve pastries.
Ensure a heightened level of customer service.
Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Resolve customer related complaints
Gain a robust knowledge of products.
Merchandise and stock shelves.
Closing procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications:
2 years in Barista experience
3 years of Customer Service experience
Must be available weekdays, evenings and weekends
Strong communication skills
Solid knowledge of food products (an asset, but not necessary)
Strong problem solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Able to stand and work long hours on feet
Lift heavy products up to 50lb
