Title: Banquet Porter - Part-Time -

Reports to: Food & Beverage Manager

Job Requirements:

Must be able to work in a rapid paced setting.

Responsible for moving tables and chairs, set up of banquet rooms, tear down of banquet rooms.





Excellent communication skills required.

Professional appearance and attitude.

Time management skills.

Serving food / alcohol.

Involves sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching or stooping; Often lifting, pushing or pulling items between 5- 50 lbs.

Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the service area.

Function as a pleasant, hospitable host by greeting guests and offering assistance.

Is in constant contact with the host to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Ensure quality service and product quality.

Be energetic and enthusiastic

Assist with the set-up execution and tear-down of banquet functions including, but not limited to, breakfast, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, ect.

Perform well under pressure in a fast paced and sometimes challenging setting.

Must have reliable transportation.
