Join our vibrant team as a Before and After School and as well as coverage for PD Day, School breaks, summer camp (Full time) Staff member, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create a secure, engaging, and nurturing environment for children before and after their school day. In this role, you will support children’s development through fun activities, supervision, and educational assistance. Your positive energy will help foster a sense of community and ensure every child feels valued and supported during their time with us.

Responsibilities
Supervise children during before and after school hours, ensuring their safety at all times
Lead engaging activities that promote social skills, creativity, and learning
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for children and staff
Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and team members regarding children’s needs and progress




Support children’s emotional well-being by providing encouragement and positive reinforcement

Requirements
Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
Ability to lead activities that promote learning, socialization, and fun
Reliable, energetic, and committed to creating a safe environment for children
Must be able to pass background checks and adhere to all safety protocols
