Department: Patient Food Services/Clinical Nutrition/PharmacyWorking in the Facilities Portfolio, the Facilities Secretary will report to and support the Manager of Patient Food Services & Clinical Nutrition and the Manager of Pharmacy.QUALIFICATIONSCertification/Experience/Knowledge:Graduate of an Office Administration program or equivalent requiredSecondary School Graduate or equivalent requiredKnowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet requiredComputer operating (Keyboarding - 40 wpm/95% accuracy) requiredKnowledge of Meditech payroll module, order entry module and purchasing module requiredRecent purchasing experience requiredKnowledge of inventory management requiredExperience in Patient Food Services an assetSkills/AbilitiesExcellent communication skills (verbal and written) requiredExcellent interpersonal skills requiredExcellent organizational skills requiredDemonstrate ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a busy and demanding team work workplace requiredExcellent clerical skills - minute recording and transcribing, filing and reception requiredMust demonstrate commitment to ensure personal safety,
