Ardene is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Laval head office. This full time, 12-month temporary role supports customer inquiries across channels with a focus on exceptional service and brand integrity.

Responsibilities include handling emails and calls, identifying customer needs, collaborating with internal teams, and assisting the e-commerce department during peak periods. Must be bilingual and able to work weekdays, with weekend shifts as needed.
