This full time position is essential in maintaining the Calgary Ministry Centre and managing both in-house and outsourced teams. You will oversee daily operations and long-term strategies, ensuring compliance with safety regulations while executing critical facility upgrades. Key Responsibilities
Manage systems for HVAC, fire safety, and plumbing
Oversee project management of renovations and upgrades
Support teams of maintenance and janitorial staff




Develop maintenance contracts and emergency protocols
Track budget expenses and negotiate contracts

Requirements:
7+ years of progressive facility management experience
Bachelor's degree relevant to the field
Robust negotiation and vendor management abilities
Proven success in delivering large facility projects
