⭐Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests and students upon arrival at the academy.
Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
Lesson sales and process customer payments.
Update student accounts and maintain accurate records.
Perform basic facility maintenance and ensure cleanliness and sanitization.
Keep the school environment tidy and stocked with necessary stationery and materials.
Provide accurate information about lessons both in-person and via phone/email.
Assist in planning and coordinating events.
Communicate effectively with students and parents, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

⭐Qualifications:




Fluency in English and Mandarin. Cantones is an asset.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent work ethic with a drive to complete tasks efficiently and professionally.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Friendly demeanor with a passion for customer service.
