Sovereign Insurance seeks an AVP, Claims - Mid-Market & Specialty to lead national claims for mid‑market and MGA portfolios, driving strategy, complex loss management and accurate reserves.

Candidates should have 10–15+ years in complex claims, 7–10+ years in leadership, CIP designation (FCIP/CRM valued), and strong cross‑functional collaboration; bilingual English/French is an asset. Hybrid role with two in‑office days weekly; market-market-competitive salary, perks and pension.
