Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our energetic team. Duties
Assess vehicle damage thoroughly and develop effective repair plans
Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment to perform repairs
Remove damaged panels, straighten frames, and replace parts as needed with precision
Conduct automotive repairs including dent removal, paint preparation, and refinishing
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
Collaborate with team members to complete repairs within designated timeframes




Follow safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines to ensure quality workmanship

Skills
Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a strong mechanical knowledge base
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment safely and effectively
Solid understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures
Ability to interpret repair orders and technical manuals accurately
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship
Robust physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged standing or working in awkward positions
Mechanic experience preferred, with familiarity in collision repair techniques
