Kap Paper Inc. is seeking a Chemical Engineer to lead process improvements and analyze production data. You will support Health & Safety, train operators, and develop comprehensive documentation to ensure high-quality production at the Kapuskasing site.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing, English fluency with French as a plus, and a University degree in Chemical Engineering. You will collaborate with maintenance and operations to meet targets and drive cost reductions.
