We are a property management company with a number of properties in the Mississauga/Etobicoke area. These include office buildings, residential buildings, etc.

We are looking for a handyman for the general upkeep of the buildings.

The job can involve:
basic repairs and renovations (i.e. demolition, patching, painting)
maintenance of the parking lots/sidewalks (i.e. sweeping, snow maintenance)
picking up and dropping off maintenance supplies to various properties

Experience in the following is an asset:
drywalling (repairs, installation)
painting
basic plumbing (installation of faucets, toilets, vanities, etc.)
basic electrical (changing lights, etc.)
tiling (removal, installation, grouting)
hardware (changing locks, etc.)

Additional Info:

We are looking for a full time handyman, but part time applicants can also be considered.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
