We are seeking an Experience and detail-oriented Law Clerk specializing in Record Suspension, Pardons, and Waivers to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will play a vital part inwith the preparation, review, and management of legal documents related to criminal record clearances and pardon applications. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit Canadian record suspension (pardon) applications.
Prepare and assist with U.S. entry waiver applications, including Certificates of Relief where applicable and Canadian criminal inadmissibility-related documentation.
Assist with immigration-related applications and supporting documents.
Review client documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Follow up with clients to obtain missing information and supporting records.
Maintain organized electronic client files and track application progress.




Ensure applications are prepared in accordance with applicable procedures and submission requirements.
Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience preparing and submitting record suspension or pardon applications.
Experience with U.S. entry waivers and related Canadian documentation.
Experience with immigration applications is an asset.
Solid written communication, organizational, and document-management skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote workplace.

Compensation

This is a per-file compensation arrangement, with payment based on the files assigned and completed under agreed terms.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Freelance

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 25.0 per week
