This full-time, permanent role seeks candidates with a sales-driven mindset and relevant insurance experience. You will cultivate a pipeline of Farm business leads through effective sourcing strategies and collaborate with underwriting specialists to meet client needs. You'll also manage post-sale service requests and maintain high standards of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain a strong pipeline of Farm insurance leads
Develop and submit proposals with underwriting staff
Handoff service responsibilities to Account Managers as necessary




Manage and respond to client service inquiries
Engage in team meetings for knowledge sharing

Requirements:
Must hold a valid AB General 1 license
Minimum of 3 years business sales experience, preferably in Insurance
Knowledge of risks related to Farm businesses
Excellent organizational and prioritization capabilities
Robust written and verbal communication skills
