In this 12-month contract, you will play a crucial role in scientific innovation at DECIEM. Your expertise in ingredient selection and formulation science will help drive recent product development across cutting-edge brands like The Ordinary and NIOD. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, you will contribute to transforming scientific ideation into commercially viable products.

Key Responsibilities
Research raw materials and cosmetic ingredients for effectiveness
Collaborate with departments to enhance formulation robustness




Manage selection of raw materials and active ingredients
Develop proof-of-concept testing strategies with clinical teams
Generate technical documents for internal and external alignment

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field
3+ years of topical application research experience
Strong knowledge of cosmetic formulation and active ingredients
Familiarity with GLP and GMP regulatory standards
Practical problem-solving skills in formulations
