Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and dedicated Preschool Classroom Leader to join our early childhood education team. As a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE), you will lead and nurture a vibrant preschool classroom, fostering a safe, inclusive, and stimulating workplace for young learners. Your passion for child development, combined with strong leadership and communication skills, will inspire children to explore, learn, and grow. This role offers an exciting chance to make a meaningful impact on children’s early educational experiences while working collaboratively with families and colleagues.

Responsibilities
Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring they are engaging, educational, and aligned with early childhood curriculum standards.
Foster a warm, welcoming atmosphere that promotes social-emotional development, independence, and curiosity among children.
Observe and assess each child's developmental progress, documenting milestones and communicating findings with families and team members.




Implement individualized support strategies for children with special needs or disabilities, collaborating with specialists as needed.
Maintain a safe and healthy environment by adhering to health and safety regulations and supervising children at all times.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns that arise.
Manage classroom organization efficiently using strong time management and organizational skills to ensure smooth daily operations.
Utilize computer skills to maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and support classroom documentation.

Qualifications
Valid registration as an Early Childhood Educator (RECE) with the appropriate regulatory body.
First Aid/CPR certification
Transparent Vulnerable Sector Check
Negative TB Skin Test/Up to date vaccination
Able to work any shift between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm

Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 38.0 per week
