Key Responsibilities
Implement and assess personalized care plans effectively
Ensure accurate communication of residents' care information

Requirements:
Registered Licensed Practical Nurse in British Columbia
Preferably has experience in senior care settings
Excellent critical thinking and coordination skills
Current CPR and First Aid certifications
Willingness to undergo a Vulnerable Sector Check
