Providing on the job support to an individual with a Developmental Disability within their work setting. This position is in a busy Grocery Store setting located in St. John's. Client works shift work including days, evenings, and weekends. Expected hours: Approximately 15 hours/week with some variation . This is an outdoor position.

Duties include helping the individual with cart collection and other assigned tasks as required, as well as working alongside the individual to provide support, encouragement, and motivation; modelling tasks; and ensuring work is completed to the employer's required standards.

We are looking for a reliable, patient, and compassionate individual who is understanding, supportive, and able to provide encouragement and motivation when needed.

Must be able to provide a explicit Certificate of Conduct and Vulnerable Sector Check upon hire. Minimum academic requirement of High School Diploma or equivalent. Related training or work experience considered an asset.
