Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Evening Line Cook to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring high-quality food service for our guests. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items with precision, consistency, and attention to detail, following established recipes and standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients for service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage practices
Ensure all food served meets safety regulations and quality standards by adhering to food safety protocols
Collaborate with team members to deliver prompt, friendly service that enhances the guest experience
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when restocking is needed
Support meal preparation during busy evening shifts, ensuring timely delivery of orders to the bar and take out orders.

Requirements
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments,



particularly as a line cook or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen safety practices
Familiarity with serving protocols and food handling regulations to ensure compliance with health standards
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced pub setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and solid communication abilities
Flexibility to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
Prior experience in the food industry or restaurant experience is highly desirable

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 35.0 per week
