Overview

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Food and Beverage Server to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing excellent guest service while ensuring smooth and efficient food and beverage delivery. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working in a lively environment, and has a knack for creating welcoming atmospheres for our guests.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a positive first impression.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted.
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas,



including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales prospects.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations.

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key.
Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus.
Robust time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy.
Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
Restaurant or food industry experience will help you hit the ground running but is not required; training will be provided.
