Job Overview - Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
The Dispatcher is responsible for scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring field technicians to ensure effective delivery of service calls, installations, and emergency work. This role acts as the primary communication link between customers, technicians, and management, ensuring appointments are completed safely, efficiently, and with a high level of customer satisfaction.

You will be required to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Responsibilities
Schedule daily service, maintenance, and installation appointments.
Dispatch technicians based on skill set, location, workload, and priority.
Monitor technician schedules throughout the day and make real-time adjustments as required.
Optimize routes and workloads to maximize productivity and minimize travel time.
Manage emergency and same-day service requests.
Communicate appointment details and updates to customers.




Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding technician arrival times and service status.
Resolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns professionally.
Ensure customers receive timely updates regarding delays or changes.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous dispatch, scheduling, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, utilities, or home services considered an asset.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and scheduling software.
Experience with CRM or service management platforms is an asset.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
