Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Distiller/Brewer to join our manufacturing team. This role involves overseeing the production of high-quality spirits and craft beverages, ensuring adherence to safety standards, sanitation protocols, and precise manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will possess a solid mechanical aptitude, food safety knowledge, and experience in food processing environments. Responsibilities
Operate and monitor distillation and brewing equipment to produce consistent, high-quality beverages
Maintain proper sanitation and cleanliness of all production areas, adhering strictly to food safety standards
Assist with packaging processes, including filling, capping, labeling, and palletizing finished products
Use forklifts safely to move raw materials, ingredients, and finished goods within the facility
Conduct routine inspections of machinery and report any mechanical issues for prompt resolution
Follow detailed recipes and production schedules accurately to ensure product consistency
Maintain accurate records of production activities,



including batch logs and quality control checks
Support inventory management by tracking ingredients and packaging supplies
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during daily operations

Skills
Experience in food industry manufacturing or food processing environments
Mechanical knowledge related to brewing or distillation equipment operation
Proficiency in packaging techniques and forklift operation
Strong understanding of sanitation practices essential for food safety compliance
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality assessments
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory requirements
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
