Auto Direct USA (ADUSA)

Auto Direct USA purchases vehicles across Canada and exports them to the United States for resale through direct dealer sales and wholesale auctions. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Vehicle Listing Administrator to ensure newly purchased vehicles are captured and listed promptly and accurately.

This role supports our buying, sales, and operations teams by gathering vehicle information, coordinating photos, and preparing inventory for sale on Revvit, Openlane, and ADESA Flint.

Responsibilities
Capture newly purchased vehicles in our inventory and sales systems.
Gather and verify vehicle details, including VIN, year, make, model, trim, mileage, equipment, and condition.
Follow up with buyers, dealerships, transporters, and storage locations to obtain missing photos and information.
Create and maintain accurate vehicle listings on Revvit and Openlane, and coordinate listing information for ADESA Flint.
Ensure photos are explicit, complete, and matched to the correct vehicle.
Record known damage, required repairs, and open recalls using information provided by buyers and operations.
Update listings as current information becomes available or vehicle status changes.
Maintain a clear record of vehicles awaiting photos, information, or listing completion,



and follow up daily.
Work closely with the sales and operations teams to keep inventory ready for marketing as soon as possible after purchase.

What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Confidence using online platforms, spreadsheets, and inventory systems.
Explicit communication skills and a proactive approach to following up.
Ability to manage a high volume of listings and competing priorities.
Accuracy when entering information and reviewing photos and documents.
Automotive dealership, inventory administration, or vehicle listing experience is an asset.
Familiarity with Revvit, Openlane, or ADESA is an asset; training will be provided.
