Synergie is recruiting for several Warehouse Associates in the Supply Chain sector in Mississauga, Ontario.
We're seeking two reliable and hardworking Warehouse Lumpers to assist with a container unload and product sorting project. Working as part of a team, you'll help unload approximately 1,500 cartons, sort inventory by part number, and prepare freight for warehouse processing. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical work and a quick-paced warehouse workplace.
A typical day:
Unload inbound containers and trailers
Sort products by part number and organize freight for processing
Inspect shipments for damage and report discrepancies
Verify shipment counts and compare paperwork against received freight

Successful candidates will have:
Lift and move cartons weighing 20 to 30 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
Stand, walk, bend, and perform physical duties for extended periods
Demonstrate previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred




Wear required PPE, including CSA-approved safety footwear
Provide a clear criminal record check

Total rewards:
$18.00 hourly
Work a full-day shift from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Gain hands-on warehousing and logistics experience
Work in a team-oriented environment
Opportunity to develop shipping and receiving skills
Immediate assignment with a scheduled start date
