Job Summary

Join our energetic agricultural team as a Farm Machinery Operator and Livestock Worker! In this vital role, you will operate and maintain a variety of farm machinery, support irrigation systems, and care for livestock to ensure the smooth running of daily farm operations. Your hands-on skills and attention to detail will help optimize productivity while maintaining a protected and efficient work environment. Duties
Operate heavy farm machinery such as tractors, harvesters, and plowing equipment with precision and safety.
Maintain and troubleshoot farm machinery, including performing routine inspections, repairs, and adjustments using hand tools and power tools.
Support irrigation systems by setting up, monitoring, and adjusting watering schedules to ensure optimal crop growth.
Assist with planting, cultivating, harvesting, and general crop management tasks in horticulture settings.
Care for livestock by feeding, watering, cleaning pens, administering basic health checks, and assisting with breeding or health treatments.
Use basic math skills for measuring feed rations, calculating crop yields, or adjusting equipment settings.




Perform heavy lifting tasks regularly and operate heavy equipment safely to move supplies or materials around the farm.

Experience
Previous experience operating farm machinery such as tractors or harvesters is highly desirable.
Knowledge of irrigation systems and horticultural practices is a plus.
Familiarity with maintenance routines for farm equipment and hand tools is beneficial. GPS
Ability to perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting and prolonged outdoor work in various weather conditions.
Basic understanding of farm safety protocols and proper handling of livestock.
Mechanical knowledge or background in agriculture technology will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
