We are looking for someone with solid trade experience, solid leadership ability, and the confidence to keep work moving safely and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to be part of a supportive, hard-working team.This is a full-time field leadership role for a skilled journeyperson with strong hands-on experience and the ability to lead others on site. You will oversee day-to-day field operations, support your crew, coordinate work in the field, and help make sure projects are completed to code, on schedule, and to company standards. The right candidate will be dependable, organized, and willing to work overtime when project demands require it.Key ResponsibilitiesLead commercial HVAC crews on active job sitesCoordinate daily work, manpower, materials, and prioritiesSupport installations, service work, and field executionTroubleshoot job site issues and maintain workflowEnsure work meets applicable codes, safety standards, and company expectationsMentor apprentices and junior team membersCommunicate with project managers, clients,
