Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
Prepare and serve drinks at the bar, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
Serve food promptly and ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed
Manage cash handling duties with precision, including cashiering and processing payments
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and service stations




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any customer concerns efficiently

Skills
Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments, with a strong background in bartending and serving
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tables or drink orders simultaneously
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and making change accurately
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Experience with microsystems or similar POS platforms is preferred but not required
