Duties
Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, linens, glassware, and utensils
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally to guests during events
Ensure all food handling and safety standards are strictly followed throughout service
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support the kitchen team
Clear tables efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the banquet area
Address guest inquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction




Collaborate with event staff to coordinate service flow and enhance the guest experience

Requirements
Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in banquet or catering settings
Robust background in food service and customer service with excellent communication skills
Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and proper serving techniques
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads during setup and service
Experience with food preparation or bartending is a plus but not required
Hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous for understanding guest expectations
A positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
