Get Me Insurance Inc. / iSure Insurance is a growing insurance brokerage in Brampton, Ontario, serving personal and commercial clients in English, Punjabi and Hindi.

Role Summary

We are hiring a RIBO-licensed Insurance Broker to join our team full-time in our Brampton office. You will write new business, manage renewals and look after existing clients, working closely with our sales and office team.

Responsibilities
Quote and sell new personal lines business (auto and home) and help with commercial accounts
Follow up on leads and convert quotes into bound policies
Manage renewals and re-market policies when needed to retain clients
Service existing clients: policy changes, endorsements, billing questions, cancellations and reinstatements
Cross-sell and round out client accounts
Assist clients with the claims process
Communicate with insurers and underwriters through carrier policy portals




Keep client and policy records accurate and up to date in our CRM and broker systems

Requirements
Valid RIBO licence (mandatory)
Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed broker in Ontario
Working knowledge of SIG / Applied Rating (comparative rating)
Experience using insurer policy portals
Comfortable with sales and meeting recent business goals
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Punjabi speaking preferred
Solid customer service, organization and attention to detail
