POSITION: Commercial Insurance Broker
LOCATION: North Bay, ON – in office
SALARY: $65,000–$100,000 + Bonus Plan
STATUS: Full time, Permanent

QUALIFICATIONS:
· RIBO licence in good standing; CAIB or CIP preferred.
· Minimum 3 years of insurance or related experience; commercial brokerage experience preferred.
· Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverage options.
· Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
· Robust organizational skills and proficiency with technology and insurance systems.
· On-site role; hybrid flexibility may be considered after probation.

OVERVIEW:
· Manage and grow a commercial insurance book through client retention, new business development, cross-selling, and referrals.




· Advise clients on commercial coverage, risk management, and insurance options.
· Handle quotes, policy placements, renewals, remarketing, and negotiations with insurers.
· Process policy changes, claims inquiries, and client requests while maintaining accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
North Bay, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
commercial insurance: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:
RIBO License (required)
