We’re looking for an experienced SEO Account Manager / Client Strategist to join a Montreal-based digital marketing agency !

Key Responsibilities
Oversee a portfolio of SEO clients, building strong relationships and supporting long-term client retention.
Lead monthly client meetings, presenting performance updates, discussing results and establishing strategic priorities.
Analyze website performance and organic search trends using analytics platforms and professional SEO tools.
Prepare insightful reports that translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
Identify opportunities to improve organic visibility, strengthen account performance and drive client growth.
Monitor account health and recognize potential client concerns early, taking a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Collaborate with internal specialists to ensure client objectives are translated into effective strategies and deliverables.
Use AI-powered tools to support analysis, reporting and client management while recognizing their limitations.
Identify opportunities to streamline recurring tasks through automation and contribute ideas for improving internal technology.
Stay informed about SEO developments, digital marketing trends and emerging AI applications.





Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in SEO, gained within a digital agency or an in-house marketing team.
Full qualified fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain performance metrics and strategic recommendations clearly.
Proven ability to manage client relationships, understand business needs and maintain client satisfaction.
Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 and at least one skilled SEO platform, such as Ahrefs or SE Ranking.
Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress and Webflow.
Practical experience using AI tools and an understanding of how they can be applied effectively in digital marketing.
Experience contributing to AI-enabled projects, workflow improvements or automation initiatives.
A proactive, analytical and autonomous approach to managing multiple accounts and competing priorities.
