Looking to start a career in sales and develop real-world business skills?

TSM G is expanding our Ottawa team and is looking for motivated, coachable people who want to develop their communication, sales and leadership abilities in a performance-driven environment.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide structured training, daily coaching and hands-on support to help you develop.

What You’ll Do
Meet with customers face-to-face in residential neighbourhoods
Introduce and explain telecommunications products and services
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Develop communication, negotiation and sales skills
Work toward individual and team performance goals
Participate in daily coaching and training

Who We’re Looking For

Previous sales experience is not required.

We’re looking for people who are:

Available full-time, including afternoons, evenings and Saturdays

Experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality,

Compensation

This is a performance-based sales chance where compensation is based on individual sales results.

Location & Schedule

Ottawa, ON

This is an in-person, face-to-face field sales position. Candidates should be available full-time, primarily during afternoons and evenings, including Saturdays.
