Hi, my name is The Mule. I love chef-inspired tacos, cult classics, tequila drinks, POSITIVE tunes, vegetarians, graffiti, vegans, mood lighting, queso & YOU.

I should also mention I'm 100% gluten free. And I'm 100% serious about that. Our bartenders have crafted a tequila-and-rye-focused cocktail menu that will surprise and fascinate, and we also have a variety of beers on tap.

We're bringing tacos, cocktails & vibes to Main Street in Milton, and we're building our opening team now. Our tacos range from classic to weird-and-wild-you’ve-gotta-try-this.

We offer a variety of fare that is sure to satisfy either the most dedicated carnivore or delight your vegetarian and/or vegan side.

The Job:

We are looking for new Support Staff to join our team. What is a support staff member, you ask? You would wear a couple of hats including host, food runner, busser, barback and expo. Based on your role each day, your responsibilities can include:
Delivering the best guest experience through attentive and friendly service
Greeting guests and managing the waitlist and front door
Answering phone calls and guest questions
Checking food presentation and running food to tables
Clearing dishes and glassware and refilling beverages




Bussing and resetting tables with a sense of urgency
Re-stocking service areas throughout the shift
Spot sweeps and emptying trash as needed
Completing opening and closing duties on time and in detail
Following all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Helping teammates and contributing to a friendly, cooperative workplace
Taking direction from The Mule's management team

The ideal candidate will have:
Availability to work days, late nights, weekends and holidays (required)
Availability until 2AM (required)
Weekend availability, Saturday & Sunday (required)
Smart Serve Certification (required)
