Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the counter and dining area.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Assist in food preparation as needed in the kitchen area.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Qualifications




Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining a positive attitude.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed.
