Job Summary

The Inbound Compliance Support role helps warehouse operations and clients keep inbound and outbound work accurate, compliant and on schedule. It connects vendors, operations and customers. The person in this role handles customer service questions, manages the flow of materials received from vendors so operations can run without delays, and checks that outbound orders are ready to ship. Before an order leaves the facility, they confirm that quantities, product quality, addresses and labels all match customer and store requirements, which helps prevent errors, chargebacks and delays.

Responsibilities
SCOPE/ RESPONSIBILITIES
· Maintain workflow to the operations team in a timely manner
· Forward all inbound related issues to area supervisor to decrease errors
· Update internal reports and distribute based on prescribed timelines
· Support Customer Team Lead and Operations team
· Advise customer of any receiving discrepancies or additional inbound observed issues via Intelex and e-mail
· Process receiving packages, ASN’s, verify receipts, POD requests




· Filing of all inbound related documentation

Educations/Skills/Copmetencies
High School Diploma or equivalent relevant work experience in warehouse/distribution centre
Previous warehouse auditing experience an asset
Experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Robust interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate with peers in a professional manner (interpersonally, verbally, and in written format)
Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to prioritize tasks and the needs of the department
Ability to work independently and achieve results · Strong organizational skills · Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.) .
Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced result orientated environment · Proven analytical and problem-solving skil

Pay: $21.06-$21.56 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
