We are looking for someone who enjoys working outside in a job that encompasses all aspects of vineyard operations throughout the lifecycle of the vine.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete routine viticultural activities under the supervision of Vineyard Manager. Tasks can include but are not limited to:
Icewine harvest and net care
Vine pruning
Tractor operations -- including specialized machinery like pre-pruning cutter, grape hoe, cultivator, harvester, etc.
Tying of vines to trellis
Green harvest
Apply various spray mixtures
Assist in operation of wind machines during winter/spring months
Property & building maintenance tasks when time/weather allows
No education or previous experience required.
This is a seasonal, full time, hourly position paying $17.95/hr. Adaptable availability a must, based on tasks to be completed and weather conditions. Employment duration is approximately 8 months from March 2027 - November 2027.
