We are seeking a passionate and Experienced Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
Assist in daily food prep to ensure timely service during busy hours
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to strict food safety protocols
Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices are followed




Support catering events and special functions with efficient meal preparation and presentation
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and exceptional food service delivery

Qualifications
Proven experience as a line cook or prep cook in a fast-paced restaurant or fine dining environment
Solid knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation procedures
Skilled in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
