Responsibilities
Take and deliver drink and food orders accurately while providing attentive customer service
Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, following all safety guidelines
Use POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process transactions swiftly and accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, including giving correct change and processing payments
Assist in setting up the bar for service, restocking supplies, and closing procedures at shift end
Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere,



handle inquiries professionally, and resolve any concerns promptly

Skills

Must Have Pro Serve Certification
Proven experience in restaurant or food industry settings, particularly in bartending or serving roles
Strong knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS for efficient order processing
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Solid understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management
Effective time management to prioritize tasks during busy hours and ensure smooth service flow
