Our client, a global leader in the packaging industry, is currently looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join their team.

Position: Machine Operator
Location: Burlington, ON
Shift: Midnight Shift, 11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.
Pay: $23.50 per hour plus perks

Responsibilities:
Set up, prepare, and calibrate machinery prior to production runs.
Monitor equipment and adjust machine speed and settings as required.
Perform routine checks to help ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently.
Inspect finished products and identify defects, quality concerns, or machine-related issues.
Assist with training and supporting new employees on production lines.
Follow established operating procedures and production requirements.
Identify and recommend opportunities to improve equipment performance and production processes.
Operate machinery in accordance with all company Health & Safety policies and procedures.
Accurately record approved products, defective units, and production results.




Complete and maintain required production and activity logs.

Qualifications & Experience:
1–2 years of previous Machine Operator or manufacturing experience.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical education or training is considered an asset.
Ability to operate production machinery safely with minimal supervision.
Positive understanding of manufacturing and production procedures.
Strong attention to detail with good mechanical and technical aptitude.
Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic operational or equipment issues.
Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, manuals, and work instructions.
Solid teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
