Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages engagement
Assist shoppers by providing detailed product demonstrations and explaining features clearly
Conduct product demos to showcase benefits and answer technical questions confidently
Upsell complementary products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities
Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customer attention and promote featured items
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and receipts
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction




Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently
Use strong communication skills to inform customers about promotions, recent arrivals, and store policies

Requirements
Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm is key!
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with diverse customer bases
Familiarity with technology sales, product demos, or technical sales experience is a plus
Strong organizational skills to keep the sales floor tidy and stocked with merchandise
Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory checks
Excellent communication skills with phone etiquette for remote inquiries or follow-ups
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to upsell products through persuasive communication and product knowledge

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
