Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our team. This position will be responsible for collecting and scanning driver paperwork, maintaining and updating records, inserting notes for billing and payroll, and ensuring errors and inconsistencies are rectified immediately.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily indexing of driver paperwork, ensuring all required paperwork has been collected and accurately processed into EBE in a timely manner
Review of driver’s paperwork for extra charges
All filing and file maintenance of driver paperwork
Other duties as assigned.





Requirements
This is an in-person role, so candidate must be able to commit to working 5 days per week in the office.
Reliable transportation to commute to office as organization is not on a public transit line.
Robust communication skills (written & oral)

Organizational skills
Multi-tasking skills
Computer skills
Must be able to meet deadlines on time
Attention to detail
Transportation experience considered an asset
