Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our team. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. Responsibilities:
Greet customers and take their orders promptly and accurately
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations
Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items
Monitor customer alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication




Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar area
Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Skills:
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere
Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
Solid time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably as a bartender or server
Familiarity with operating a point-of-sale (POS) system is preferred
